About this Speaker
Susan Axelrod is a sherpa for women guiding them over life's treacherous terrain. With humor and wisdom gained from decades of self-exploration that followed her own slight breakdown, she charms audiences with her authentic revelation. Susan connects on a deeply human level helping every person get to 'okay,' her base teaching for living a calm and joyful life.
Woman, Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Volunteer, Dog-owner, Author, Speaker, Coach, Mentor, Radio Show Host-- all of this would explain why the title of Susan's first book is Your Job Is To Be. Part book, part journal, this book is supporting women everywhere to help them 'find their calm' and live life as they want it to be.
Living in the Southern Adirondacks of New York State, Susan is married to her college sweetheart and the proud mom of two wonderful women, Rebecca and Sarah. When not coaching from her home office, speaking to women's groups or on her FB Live broadcast, she can usually be found walking in the local nature preserve with her adopted dog, Mr. Cooper.
