When bedtime is right, sleep follows.

Bedtime is the first, best habit. It's a moment of grace that comes around every single night, an opportunity to express love and connection. A consistent, nurturing bedtime routine leads to sleep - one of life's essentials for well being, happiness, and healing.

Every single one of us has a bedtime routine but not all bedtime routines lead to sleep. I'll be sharing practical strategies on how to make bedtime the best time by just tweaking things you're already doing every day.

I'll also be sharing my story of how after years of successful adult sleep training, I completely lost my sleep mojo back in November, 2018. That challenge opened up a missing piece of the sleep puzzle, affirming my belief: we can change the world one bedtime at a time.
